Caves are extreme environments that serve as homes for some critters that never leave their dark depths. Humans have utilized caves throughout our evolution in a number of ways. In fact, folklore across the globe about caves follows themes of mystery and treasure which is unequaled in the realities of their complexity.

Join Ranger Jake on a worldwide exploration of caves! Find out what a cave is, why they exist where they do, and how the underground connects us all.
